At Trick Or Treat Studios, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like masks and makeup cannot be returned once opened.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original collectible packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects the item for wear or damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
