What is the typical shipping time for my order?
In-stock items generally ship within 3-5 business days. During peak Halloween season (August through October), processing times may extend to 7-10 business days due to high demand.
Do you offer international shipping?

What is your return policy for masks and costumes?
For hygiene and safety reasons, masks and costumes must be returned in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery. Used or worn items cannot be returned.
How do I ensure the best fit for my mask?
Most of our masks are one-size-fits-most adults. If a mask is slightly large, we recommend adding small foam blocks or sponges to the inside using spirit gum to achieve a more secure and comfortable fit.
